Harvin Services has been delivering civil and telecommunications works since 2013. We built our reputation on site-safe delivery, clear communication, and crews that turn up and finish properly.
Since then, we’ve broadened what we do to include tree services and HVAC ductwork installation — bringing the same standard of delivery across every job. Whether you’re running a site program, coordinating trades, or you need urgent tree work handled safely, you’re dealing with the same team and the same approach.
Today, we support residential and commercial clients across South East Queensland with reliable crews, practical solutions, and clean handovers. We run dedicated crews depending on the scope — so you get the right people on the job, backed by consistent systems and standards.
Harvin Services (Previously trading under TVO LINK Pty Ltd) started in 2013, working in civil and telecommunications cabling. Over the years we supported projects connected to the NBN rollout and major networks for NBN Co, Optus, and Telstra, working under principal contractors including Lendlease, Service Stream, Ventia and Downer.
2013
Founded after a decade on civil worksites, starting in civil and telecommunications delivery.
2015
Began facilitating the roll out of the NBN infrastructure across the NT, QLD, SA and NSW.
2019
Expanded into tree services to support properties and development sites across South East Queensland.
2021
Added a dedicated HVAC ductwork crew, specialising in commercial and education projects.
